How It Works?

The worker powers on the digital caliper, a precision tool with Bluetooth. It automatically pairs with the Dimension system to wirelessly transmit each measurement in real time, eliminating manual data entry.

Measure & Save Data
The worker measures a specific point on the product and then presses a small button on the caliper. This action triggers the system to automatically record the measurement value, capture an image from the live camera, and save both into the database for accurate and traceable documentation.
Display Results
Once a measurement is recorded, the system instantly analyzes the value. If it falls within the acceptable range, it displays “OK”; if it exceeds the tolerance limits, it shows “NG” (Not Good). The result is shown clearly on the screen, often with color-coded indicators—green for OK and red for NG—for quick and easy recognition.
